Shipping & Order Information

When will my order ship?

All non-prescription eyewear orders are shipped within 1 business day; and prescription and blue light blocking eyewear orders within 2-7 business days (depending on the prescription).

Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders made during promotional periods and special events may have longer shipping times due to a higher volume of orders. In cases of unusual delay, customers will be informed in advance individually.

Kraywoods will keep you updated on your order status via email. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached "Processing" status.

How can I track my order?

Once your purchase is complete, a tracking number for your purchased order will be sent to your email shortly after. To track your order, please visit our Order Status page and enter your tracking number to view the status of your parcel. Please note that US Free Standard Shipping does not include a tracking code.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Do you ship globally?

International Shipping Information

International orders outside North America may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country.

The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Kraywoods has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Kraywoods has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Kraywoods is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

Is my payment secure?

Kraywoods.com uses Shopify and PayPal to accept credit and debit card payments. Both parties automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). What payment methods do you accept?

We want to make purchasing your Kraywoods eyewear as easy and simple as possible, so we accept a variety of payment methods including: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Sezzle. Sezzle allows for payments to be split into 4 interest-free payments.

What's Sezzle payment?

Sezzle is a payment method enabling shoppers to "Buy Now, Pay Later" with simple, interest-free installment plans. The transaction is carried out the same way as usual, but upon completing it, only ¼ of the total cost requires payment from you. Return & Exchange

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-prescription eyewear for a one-time exchange or refund; and prescription and blue light blocking eyewear for a store credit within 14 days of receipt.

All items purchased on sale, with promotional codes of 30% or more, or with a store credit are final sale and not subject to our return and exchange policy.

Returned item(s) must be unworn with original packaging, tags and complementary cases included.

US & CANADA

We offer free returns on all regularly-priced items eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that items purchased on sale or with use of promotional codes are not eligible for free return or exchange. A return fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.

OUTSIDE OF US & CANADA

You will be responsible to return your item(s) with the shipping courier of your choice. After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will advise you of the shipping address for your returned package.

When using the shipping method of your choice – we recommend you use a service that offers tracking to ensure that your package is received safely as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Please note that any duty fees incurred on a returned package will be deducted from the return refund.

How do I proceed to return or exchange my order?

When shipping your item(s) back to us, package your return in the original shipping box if available. Otherwise, package your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Your eyewear must arrive in the original condition and packaging you received, with tags and complementary cases included, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

When can I expect my refund or store credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return and eligibility for a refund or store credit.

REFUND

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

STORE CREDIT

If you are eligible for a store credit, a credit note for the eligible amount will be sent to you within 3 business days. Your store credit can be used at any time to buy any items from our store.

Please note that all items purchased with a store credit are final sale and not eligible for further return or exchange.

Are your frames handmade?

Yes, all our sunglasses and eyeglasses frames are handmade and crafted with utmost care, detail and precision. Every piece is handcrafted one at a time, resulting in minor variations that are not product flaws. At Kraywoods Shop, every piece is inspected with high quality standards before being available to our customers.

Do you use sustainable materials to make your frames?

Yes! At Kraywoods, we take pride in making sustainability fashionable. All kraywoods glasses are handmade from natural sustainably sourced woods and some designs combined with recycled metals and eco-friendly cellulose acetate, allowing us to minimize our ecological footprint.

What type of wood do you use in your frames?

All of our sunglasses and eyeglasses frames are handmade from natural sustainably sourced woods. We use different types of domestic and exotic hardwoods such as Bamboo Wood, Ebony Wood, Walnut Wood, Zebra Wood, Rose Wood, Oak Wood, and more. You can find the type of wood used for each product is specified in the product description.

Due to the fact that our products are made from natural authentic wood, there can be variations in the wood resulting in minor differences between each product from the same style.

What is the UV protection on your sunglasses?

All Kraywoods sunglasses are made with UV 400 protection lenses optimized to prevent eye exposure to both UVA and UVB rays, blocking 100% of the sun’s harmful radiations.

Are Kraywoods sunglasses polarized?

Most Kraywoods sunglasses are equipped with TAC Polarized lenses to eliminate reflective glare and enhance contrast, delivering superior visual clarity and comfort. To shop our Polarized Sunglasses collection, click here.

Can i get my prescription fitted in Kraywoods sunglasses frames?

Unfortunately not, we do not recommend attempting to put prescription lenses in your Kraywoods sunglasses, as they may break and we will not be able to offer warranty services on them. If you're looking to customize your glasses with prescription or blue light blocking lenses, you can shop our eyeglasses frames collection specially designed to be fitted with prescription or blue light blocking lenses here.

What is the difference between wood sunglasses and wood eyeglasses frames?

Contrary to our wood sunglasses frames, our wood eyeglasses frames are specially designed to be fitted with prescription or blue light blocking lenses. Our wood eyeglasses frames feature a split-frame design that enables easy insertion of RX lenses. Kraywoods eyeglasses frames are also designed with acetate temple tips to allow for customized frame fit.

Please do not attempt to put prescription lenses in your Kraywoods sunglasses, as they may break and we will not be able to offer warranty services on them. If you're looking to customize your glasses with prescription or blue light blocking lenses, you can shop our eyeglasses frames collection here.

What types of lenses do you offer?

We offer the choice of HD single vision lenses, HD progressive lenses, photochromic lenses, reading lenses or prescription and non-prescription blue-light blocking lenses. All lenses include scratch-resistant and anti-glare coatings at no extra cost.

Our Kraywoods eyeglasses frames include free HD prescription lenses, blue light blocking lenses or reading lenses at no extra cost.

How can I find the right size for my sunglasses?

What information do I need in order to purchase Kraywoods prescription eyeglasses?

To order Kraywoods prescription eyeglasses, you will need a valid and non-expired prescription.

You will also need to know your pupillary distance (PD) which is not always noted on prescriptions. The pupillary distance (PD) is the distance (mm) between the center of each of your pupils and indicates the optical center of your eyes. Your eye doctor could have that information on file. Your eye doctor will usually measure your PD during an eye exam. However, if it was not given to you, you can measure it yourself by following the 4 steps below:

  1. Find a millimeter ruler for measurements and stand 8 in. away from a mirror.
  2. Hold the ruler horizontally against the bridge of your nose and line up the center of your left pupil with the 0 line of the ruler. You can now measure the distance between your pupils!
  3. While looking straight ahead, measure the distance from the center of your left pupil to the center of your right pupil.
  4. Repeat these steps 2 to 3 times for accuracy and use an average for your final measurement.

Do you offer blue light blocking glasses without prescription?

Yes, our blue light blocking lenses are available with or without prescription. All eyeglasses frames include free non-prescription blue light blocking lenses at no extra cost. To shop our blue light blocking glasses collection, click here!

Do you offer reading glasses?

Yes, all of eyeglasses frames include free reading lenses at no extra cost. Our reading lenses are available in all strengths ranging from +0.25 to +3.00. To shop our reading glasses collection, click here!

Warranty

What's covered under the warranty?

At Kraywoods, we stand behind the quality of our products with confidence. All eyewear purchased at Kraywoods is eligible for a warranty on manufacturer defects within 12 months of purchase.

FRAMES

Manufacturer defects on frames include peeling of the wood, chipped paint and malfunctioning hinge or mount. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse of frames such as physical breakage, scratching or tarnish, damage caused by dropping the frame, stepping on or sitting on the frame, or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.

LENSES

Manufacturer defects on lenses include coating defects such as peeling or cracking. Lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks, warranty does not cover scratches on prescription and sunglasses lenses caused by everyday wear and tear.

How do I proceed to claim my warranty?

For warranty claims, please e-mail us at customercare@kraywoods.com and we will be more than happy to assist you further. Please note that proof of purchase is required to qualify for warranty. Upon inquiry, Kraywoods reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and eligibility for exchange under warranty.

Every Kraywoods product is carefully inspected to meet our highest quality standards before being shipped out to you, our dear customer. If upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products shipped, or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Polarized lenses contain an enhancing chemical filter in the lens that helps reduce glare and improve contrast, making images appear sharper and clearer as well as increasing visual clarity and comfort.

Warranty Policy

Do I have warranty?

Kraywoods offers a 12 month warranty on all sunglasses for any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Exchanges are available for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What's covered under the warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover physical damage of the frame, scratches, fading or peeling of the lenses or loss of screws caused by general use or accidents. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for an exchange under warranty.

Contrary to our wood sunglasses frames, our wood eyeglasses frames are specially designed to be fitted with prescription or blue light blocking lenses. Our wood eyeglasses frames feature a split-frame design that enables easy insertion of RX lenses. Kraywoods eyeglasses frames are also designed with acetate temple tips to allow for customized frame fit.

Please do not attempt to put prescription lenses in your Kraywoods sunglasses, as they may break and we will not be able to offer warranty services on them. What types of lenses do you offer?

We offer the choice of HD single vision lenses, HD progressive lenses, photochromic lenses, reading lenses or prescription and non-prescription blue-light blocking lenses. All lenses include scratch-resistant and anti-glare coatings at no extra cost.

How can I find the right size for my sunglasses?

Sizes and dimensions of the eyeglasses vary from one style to the other, these specifications can be found in the product description of each style. Kraywoods eyeglasses are sorted in three sizes: small size, medium size and large size.

What information do I need in order to purchase Kraywoods prescription eyeglasses?

To order Kraywoods prescription eyeglasses, you will need a valid and non-expired prescription.

You will also need to know your pupillary distance (PD) which is not always noted on prescriptions. The pupillary distance (PD) is the distance (mm) between the center of each of your pupils and indicates the optical center of your eyes. Your eye doctor could have that information on file. Your eye doctor will usually measure your PD during an eye exam. However, if it was not given to you, you can measure it yourself by following the 4 steps below:

  1. Find a millimeter ruler for measurements and stand 8 in. away from a mirror.
  2. Hold the ruler horizontally against the bridge of your nose and line up the center of your left pupil with the 0 line of the ruler. You can now measure the distance between your pupils!
  3. While looking straight ahead, measure the distance from the center of your left pupil to the center of your right pupil.
  4. Repeat these steps 2 to 3 times for accuracy and use an average for your final measurement.

Do you offer blue light blocking glasses without prescription?

Do you offer reading glasses?

Yes, all of eyeglasses frames include free reading lenses at no extra cost. Our reading lenses are available in all strengths ranging from +0.25 to +3.00. To shop our reading glasses collection, click here!

Warranty

What's covered under the warranty?

At Kraywoods, we stand behind the quality of our products with confidence. All eyewear purchased at Kraywoods is eligible for a warranty on manufacturer defects within 12 months of purchase.

FRAMES

Manufacturer defects on frames include peeling of the wood, chipped paint and malfunctioning hinge or mount. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse of frames such as physical breakage, scratching or tarnish, damage caused by dropping the frame, stepping on or sitting on the frame, or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.

LENSES

Manufacturer defects on lenses include coating defects such as peeling or cracking. Lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks, warranty does not cover scratches on prescription and sunglasses lenses caused by everyday wear and tear.

Upon inquiry, Kraywoods reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and eligibility for exchange under warranty.
