How can I track my order?

Once your purchase is complete, a tracking number for your purchased order will be sent to your email shortly after. To track your order, please visit our TRACK MY ORDER page and enter your tracking number to view the status of your parcel.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note that purchased orders made after 3pm EST will not be shipped out until at least the next day. If you order after 3pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Will international orders be subject to custom fees?

All customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged duties/customs fees, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive this money.

The funds go exclusively to your own government. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Sezzle is a payment method enabling shoppers to "Buy Now, Pay Later" with simple, interest-free installment plans. The transaction is carried out the same way as usual, but upon completing it, only ¼ of the total cost requires payment from you. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Every Kraywoods product is carefully inspected to meet our highest quality standards before being shipped out to you, our dear customer. If upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products shipped, or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Please click here to initiate a return and your demand will be processed as soon as possible. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

How do i proceed to return or exchange my order?

Canada & US

We offer free shipping for returns and exchanges on your first order within 14 days of receipt, excluding sale items.

After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your shipping label.

 

Outside of Canada & US

For all returns and exchanges outside of Canada and US, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will advise you of the shipping address for your returned package. When using the shipping method of your choice – we recommend you use a service that offers tracking to ensure that your package is received safely as we are not responsible for lost packages.

When shipping your sunglasses back to us, package your return in the original shipping box, if available, along with the invoice. Otherwise, package your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Sunglasses must arrive in good condition, with tags and case in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What type of wood do you use?

All of our products are handmade from naturally sourced and treated woods. We use different types of domestic and exotic hardwoods such as Bamboo Wood, Ebony Wood, Walnut Wood, and Zebra Wood. The type of wood used for each product is specified in the product description. For more information, please visit our wood pages.

Due to the fact that our products are made from naturally sourced materials, there can be variations in the wood resulting in minor differences between each product from the same style.

At Kraywoods, these natural and subtle variations from one piece of wood to the next are what makes each and every one of our products unique.

What type of lenses do you use for the sunglasses?

All of our lenses have UV 400 protection and have been optimized to prevent eye exposure to both UVA and UVB rays, blocking 100 % of the sun’s harmful radiations. Additionally, most of our sunglasses feature TAC Polarized lenses. Polarized lenses contain an enhancing chemical filter in the lens that helps reduce glare and improve contrast, making images appear sharper and clearer as well as increasing visual clarity and comfort.

Are your products hanmade?

All our products are handmade and crafted with utmost care, detail and precision. Every piece is handcrafted one at a time, resulting in minor variations that are not product flaws. At Kraywoods Shop, every piece is inspected with high quality standards before being available to our customers.

Are your product certified?

All of our products are FDA and CE certified.

What are the sizes and dimensions of the sunglasses?

Sizes and dimensions of the sunglasses can vary from one style to the other, these specifications can be found in the product description of each style. The dimensions of each pair of sunglasses is also engraved on the inside of the frame.

Warranty Policy

Do I have warranty?

Kraywoods offers a 12 month warranty on all sunglasses for any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Exchanges are available for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What's covered under the warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover physical damage of the frame, scratches, fading or peeling of the lenses or loss of screws caused by general use or accidents. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for an exchange under warranty.
