    Shipping & Delivery

    When will my order ship?

    We strive to ship all non-prescription eyewear orders within one business day, and prescription and blue light blocking eyewear orders within 2-7 business days, depending on the prescription.

    Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During promotional periods and special events, orders may take longer to ship due to the high volume of orders. In cases of any unusual delays, we'll inform our customers individually in advance.

    We'll keep you updated on your order status via email. Please be aware that orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached processing status.

    How can I track my order?

    After you complete your purchase, we'll send a tracking number for your order to your email shortly after. To track your order, please visit our Order Tracking center and enter your tracking number to view the current status of your parcel.

    Please note that US Free Standard Shipping does not include a tracking code. If you selected this shipping option, you won't be able to track your parcel. If you'd like to track your parcel, please select a different shipping option during checkout.

    Do you offer expedited shipping?

    Do you ship globally?

    International Shipping Information

    Please note that for international orders outside North America, the package may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

    It's important to note that any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment are the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, Kraywoods has no control over these charges since customs determine them, and we cannot know what they may be. Additionally, Kraywoods is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

    Return & Exchange

    What is your return and exchange policy?

    At Kraywoods, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receipt.

    • Sunglasses are eligible for a one-time exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt.

      Prescription glasses and blue light blocking glasses can be returned for store credit within the 14-day of recept.

    Please note that all items purchased with a discount of 40% or more, a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal, or a store credit are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, with tags and complementary cases included.

    How do I initiate a return or exchange?

    Please visit our return center and initiate a return or exchange request on your order. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.

    US & Canada Returns:

    We offer free returns and exchanges on all eligible items. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send your items back to us hassle-free.

    International Returns:

    Returns must be arranged with the courier of your choice. Once your return or exchange request is processed, we'll provide you with the shipping address to return your package.

    To ensure the security of your shipment, we strongly recommend selecting a courier service with tracking. Please note that any duty fees linked to the returned package will be deducted from your refund.

    How should I package my item(s) for return or exchange?

    To ensure your return is processed smoothly, we recommend using the original shipping box or a well-padded box to prevent any damage during transit.

    All returned item(s) must arrive in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and complementary cases, to be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

    When can I expect my refund or store credit?

    Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days and applied to your original method of payment. If you're eligible for store credit, we'll send you a credit note within 3 business days that can be used to purchase any items from our store.

    Please keep in mind that items purchased with store credit are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Are items purchased from a pop-up shop eligible for returns or exchange?

    Unfortunately not. All items purchased at a Kraywoods retailer or pop-up shop are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only items purchased directly through our website are eligible for returns or exchanges within the specified timeframe and under the conditions outlined in our returns & exchanges policy.

     

    Warranty

    12-Month Eyewear Warranty

    At Kraywoods, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear and are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 12-month warranty on all eyewear purchased from us, which includes a one-time replacement for manufacturer's defects in both eyewear frames and lenses.

    For eyewear frames, our warranty covers defects such as peeling wood, chipped paint, and malfunctioning hinges or mounts. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse of the frames, such as physical breakage or scratches caused by accidents or mishandling. Please note that any other damage that is not considered a manufacturing flaw is also not covered.

    For eyewear lenses, our warranty covers coating defects such as peeling or cracking, which are caused by manufacturing flaws. However, lenses are highly susceptible to scratches and nicks, which can occur with regular wear and tear. As such, the warranty does not cover scratches on lenses.

    Kraywoods reserves the right to determine the nature of manufacturing defects and eligibility for replacement under warranty.

    What is the extended eyewear warranty?

    Our extended eyewear warranty option is the perfect solution to enjoy an extra year of coverage on your eyeglasses frames and lenses! You'll get the same great coverage as our standard 12-month warranty but extended to 24 months.

    This option is available for all prescription and blue light blocking glasses, and can be selected at the time of purchase. With the extended warranty, you'll enjoy even more protection against all manufacturer defects and other issues that may arise with your eyewear.

    12-Month Accessories Warranty

    At Kraywoods, we stand behind the quality of our accessories and are committed to your satisfaction. Our 12-month warranty for accessories covers all material or workmanship defects that occur under normal use.

    However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, such as physical damage, scratching, tarnish, or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.

    Kraywoods reserves the right to determine the nature of manufacturing defects and eligibility for replacement under warranty.

    How do I proceed to claim a warranty?

Please note that a proof of purchase is required to qualify for a warranty claim.     Unlike our wooden sunglasses frames, our wooden eyeglasses frames are specially designed to fit custom prescription lenses or blue light blocking lenses. These frames feature a split-frame design that allows for easy insertion of RX lenses. Additionally, our Kraywoods eyeglasses frames are designed with acetate temple tips, providing a customizable frame fit for your comfort.


    We advise against attempting to insert prescription lenses into your Kraywoods wooden sunglasses, as this can cause damage and void the warranty.     To order prescription eyeglasses from Kraywoods, you will need a valid and non-expired prescription from your eye doctor, and you will also need to know your pupillary distance (PD). The PD is the distance in millimeters between the centers of your pupils and is necessary to ensure that your prescription eyeglasses fit accurately.

    How do I make an insurance claim for my prescription glasses?

    If you wish to submit an insurance claim for your prescription glasses, simply contact us at customercare@kraywoods.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

    Once your order ships out, we'll provide you with an electronic receipt upon request that includes all the necessary information for your insurance claim. The receipt will show the date you placed the order, so you don't have to worry about receiving your order after your coverage has ended, as long as you ordered within your coverage dates. With this receipt, you can easily claim the cost of your prescription eyeglasses from your insurance provider.

    Will international orders be subject to custom fees?

    All customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged duties/customs fees, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive this money.

    The funds go exclusively to your own government. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your customs office for more information.

    Returns & Exchanges

    What is your return and exchange policy?

    Every Kraywoods product is carefully inspected to meet our highest quality standards before being shipped out to you, our dear customer. If upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products shipped, or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

    Please click here to initiate a return and your demand will be processed as soon as possible. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

    For any order discrepancies or damaged items received, please send us an email at customercare@kraywoods.com and include a brief description of the issue with pictures of the item received. It will be our pleasure to help resolve the issue for you.

    How do i proceed to return or exchange my order?

    Canada & US

    We offer free shipping for returns and exchanges on your first order within 14 days of receipt, excluding sale items.

    After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your shipping label.

     

    Outside of Canada & US

    For all returns and exchanges outside of Canada and US, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

    After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will advise you of the shipping address for your returned package. When using the shipping method of your choice – we recommend you use a service that offers tracking to ensure that your package is received safely as we are not responsible for lost packages.

    When shipping your sunglasses back to us, package your return in the original shipping box, if available, along with the invoice. Otherwise, package your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Sunglasses must arrive in good condition, with tags and case in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    When can I expect my refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    What type of wood do you use?

    All of our products are handmade from naturally sourced and treated woods. We use different types of domestic and exotic hardwoods such as Bamboo Wood, Ebony Wood, Walnut Wood, and Zebra Wood. The type of wood used for each product is specified in the product description. For more information, please visit our wood pages.

    Due to the fact that our products are made from naturally sourced materials, there can be variations in the wood resulting in minor differences between each product from the same style.

    At Kraywoods, these natural and subtle variations from one piece of wood to the next are what makes each and every one of our products unique.

    What type of lenses do you use for the sunglasses?

    All of our lenses have UV 400 protection and have been optimized to prevent eye exposure to both UVA and UVB rays, blocking 100 % of the sun’s harmful radiations. Additionally, most of our sunglasses feature TAC Polarized lenses. Polarized lenses contain an enhancing chemical filter in the lens that helps reduce glare and improve contrast, making images appear sharper and clearer as well as increasing visual clarity and comfort.

    Are your products hanmade?

    All our products are handmade and crafted with utmost care, detail and precision. Every piece is handcrafted one at a time, resulting in minor variations that are not product flaws. At Kraywoods Shop, every piece is inspected with high quality standards before being available to our customers.

    Are your product certified?

    All of our products are FDA and CE certified.

    What are the sizes and dimensions of the sunglasses?

    Sizes and dimensions of the sunglasses can vary from one style to the other, these specifications can be found in the product description of each style. The dimensions of each pair of sunglasses is also engraved on the inside of the frame.

    Warranty Policy

    Do I have warranty?

    Kraywoods offers a 12 month warranty on all sunglasses for any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Exchanges are available for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

    What's covered under the warranty?

    The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover physical damage of the frame, scratches, fading or peeling of the lenses or loss of screws caused by general use or accidents. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for an exchange under warranty.

    Kraywoods.com uses Shopify and PayPal to accept credit and debit card payments. Both parties automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).     What payment methods do you accept?

    We want to make purchasing your Kraywoods eyewear as easy and simple as possible, so we accept a variety of payment methods including: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Sezzle. Sezzle allows for payments to be split into 4 interest-free payments.

    What's Sezzle payment?

    Sezzle is a payment method enabling shoppers to "Buy Now, Pay Later" with simple, interest-free installment plans. The transaction is carried out the same way as usual, but upon completing it, only ¼ of the total cost requires payment from you.     Return & Exchange

    What is your return and exchange policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-prescription eyewear for a one-time exchange or refund; and prescription and blue light blocking eyewear for a store credit within 14 days of receipt.

    All items purchased on sale, with promotional codes of 40% or more, or with a store credit are final sale and not subject to our return and exchange policy.

    Returned item(s) must be unworn with original packaging, tags and complementary cases included.

    EXTENDED HOLIDAY POLICY: All items purchased from December 3rd 2022 to December 23rd will be eligible for exchange until January 7th 2023.

    US & CANADA

    We offer free returns on all regularly-priced items eligible for return or exchange.

    Please note that items purchased on sale or with the use of promotional codes are not eligible for free return or exchange. A return fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund.

    OUTSIDE OF US & CANADA

    You will be responsible to return your item(s) with the shipping courier of your choice. After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will advise you of the shipping address for your returned package.

    When using the shipping method of your choice – we recommend you use a service that offers tracking to ensure that your package is received safely as we are not responsible for lost packages.

    Please note that any duty fees incurred on a returned package will be deducted from the return refund.

    How do I proceed to return or exchange my order?

    Please click here to initiate a return or send us an email at customercare@kraywoods.com to initiate an exchange. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.

    When shipping your item(s) back to us, package your return in the original shipping box if available. Otherwise, package your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Your eyewear must arrive in the original condition and packaging you received, with tags and complementary cases included, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    When can I expect my refund or store credit?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return and eligibility for a refund or store credit.

    REFUND

    If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

    STORE CREDIT

    If you are eligible for a store credit, a credit note for the eligible amount will be sent to you within 3 business days. Your store credit can be used at any time to buy any items from our store.

We use different types of domestic and exotic hardwoods such as Bamboo Wood, Ebony Wood, Walnut Wood, Zebra Wood, Rose Wood, Oak Wood, and more.     Due to the fact that our products are made from natural authentic wood, there can be variations in the wood resulting in minor differences between each product from the same style.

    Contrary to our wood sunglasses frames, our wood eyeglasses frames are specially designed to be fitted with prescription or blue light blocking lenses. Our wood eyeglasses frames feature a split-frame design that enables easy insertion of RX lenses. Kraywoods eyeglasses frames are also designed with acetate temple tips to allow for customized frame fit.

    Please do not attempt to put prescription lenses in your Kraywoods sunglasses, as they may break and we will not be able to offer warranty services on them.     What types of lenses do you offer?

    What information do I need in order to purchase Kraywoods prescription eyeglasses?

    To order Kraywoods prescription eyeglasses, you will need a valid and non-expired prescription.

    You will also need to know your pupillary distance (PD) which is not always noted on prescriptions. The pupillary distance (PD) is the distance (mm) between the center of each of your pupils and indicates the optical center of your eyes. Your eye doctor could have that information on file. Your eye doctor will usually measure your PD during an eye exam. However, if it was not given to you, you can measure it yourself by following the 4 steps below:

    1. Find a millimeter ruler for measurements and stand 8 in. away from a mirror.
    2. Hold the ruler horizontally against the bridge of your nose and line up the center of your left pupil with the 0 line of the ruler. You can now measure the distance between your pupils!
    3. While looking straight ahead, measure the distance from the center of your left pupil to the center of your right pupil.
    4. Repeat these steps 2 to 3 times for accuracy and use an average for your final measurement.

    Do you offer blue light blocking glasses without prescription?

    Do you offer reading glasses?

    Yes, all of eyeglasses frames include free reading lenses at no extra cost. Our reading lenses are available in all strengths ranging from +0.25 to +3.00. To shop our reading glasses collection, click here!

    How do I make an insurance claim for my prescription eyeglasses?

    If you wish to submit an insurance claim for your prescription eyeglasses, please contact us at customercare@kraywoods.com. Upon request, we will send you an electronic receipt as soon as your order ships out, which you can then claim to your insurance. The receipt will show the date when you placed the order, so don’t worry about receiving your order after your coverage has ended, as long as you’ve ordered within your coverage dates.

    Warranty

    What's covered under the warranty?

    At Kraywoods, we stand behind the quality of our products with confidence. All eyewear and accessories purchased at Kraywoods are eligible for a 12 month manufacturer warranty.

    EYEWEAR FRAMES

    The manufacturer warranty on eyewear frames covers peeling of the wood, chipped paint and malfunctioning hinge or mount. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse of frames such as physical breakage, scratching or tarnish, damage caused by dropping the frame, stepping on or sitting on the frame, or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.

    EYEWEAR LENSES

    The manufacturer warranty on eyewear lenses covers coating defects such as peeling or cracking. Lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks, warranty does not cover scratches on prescription and sunglasses lenses caused by everyday wear and tear.

    ACESSORIES

    The manufacturer warranty on accessories covers all material or workmanship defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse such as physical damage, scratching, tarnish or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.

    How do I proceed to claim my warranty?

    For warranty claims, please e-mail us at customercare@kraywoods.com and we will be more than happy to assist you further. Please note that proof of purchase is required to qualify for warranty. Upon inquiry, Kraywoods reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and eligibility for exchange or replacement under warranty.
