The Kraywoods Promise   

Every Kraywoods product is carefully inspected to meet our highest quality standards before being shipped out to you, our dear customer. If upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products shipped, or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Please click here to initiate a return and your demand will be processed as soon as possible. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

For any order discrepancies or damaged items received, please send us an email at customercare@kraywoods.com and include a brief description of the issue with pictures of the item received. It will be our pleasure to help resolve the issue for you.

 

Returns and Exchanges are available for all online purchases, excluding sale items. All sale items and purchases made at pop-up shops are final sale and not subject to our returns and exchanges policy.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Shipping

CANADA & US

We offer free shipping for returns and exchanges on your first order within 14 days of receipt, excluding sale items.

After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your shipping label.

 

OUTSIDE OF CANADA & US

For all returns and exchanges outside of Canada and US, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will advise you of the shipping address for your returned package. When using the shipping method of your choice – we recommend you use a service that offers tracking to ensure that your package is received safely as we are not responsible for lost packages.

 

When shipping your sunglasses back to us, package your return in the original shipping box, if available, along with the invoice. Otherwise, package your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Sunglasses must arrive in good condition, with tags and case in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Warranty

All eyewear purchased at Kraywoods is eligible for a warranty on manufacturer defects within 12 months of purchase. Manufacturer defects on frames include peeling of the wood, chipped paint, and malfunctioning hinge or mount. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse of frames such as physical breakage, scratching or tarnish, damage caused by dropping the frame, stepping on or sitting on the frame, or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw. Manufacturer defects on lenses include coating defects or cracking. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks. Warranty does not cover scratches on lenses caused by everyday wear and tear.
