Every pair of Kraywoods eyewear is carefully inspected to meet our highest quality standards before being shipped out to you, our dear customer. If upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return regularly-priced non-prescription eyewear for an exchange or refund; and prescription and blue light blocking eyewear for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all items purchased on sale, with promotional codes of 30% or more, or with a store credit are final sale and not subject to our return and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges


We offer free shipping on all regularly-priced items above $100 USD eligible for a return or one-time exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please note that items purchased during a site-wide promotional event (including with the use of promotional codes) are not eligible for free return or exchange. Return shipping fees will apply depending on your location.


For all returns and exchanges outside of the US and Canada, you will be responsible for return shipping costs with the shipping courier of your choice.

After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will advise you of the shipping address for your returned package. When using the shipping method of your choice, we recommend you use a service that offers tracking to ensure that your package is received safely as we are not responsible for lost packages. Please note that any duty fees incurred on a returned package will be deducted from the return refund.

Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please click here to initiate a return or send us an email at customercare@kraywoods.com to initiate an exchange. Your request will be processed within 48 hours. Your returned item(s) must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.

When shipping your item(s) back to us, package your return in the original shipping box if available. Otherwise, package your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Your eyewear must arrive in the same condition and packaging you received, with tags and complementary cases included, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds & Store Credits

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return and eligibility for a refund or store credit.


If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.


If you are eligible for a store credit, a credit note for the eligible amount will be sent to you within 3 business days. Your store credit can be used at any time to buy any items from our store. Please note that all items purchased with a store credit are final sale and not eligible for further return or exchange.

Warranty - The Kraywoods Promise   

At Kraywoods, we stand behind the quality of our products with confidence. All eyewear purchased at Kraywoods is eligible for a warranty on manufacturer defects within 12 months of purchase.


Manufacturer defects on frames include peeling of the wood, chipped paint and malfunctioning hinge or mount. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse of frames such as physical breakage, scratching or tarnish, damage caused by dropping the frame, stepping on or sitting on the frame, or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.


Manufacturer defects on lenses include coating defects such as peeling or cracking. Lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks, warranty does not cover scratches on prescription and sunglasses lenses caused by everyday wear and tear.
