The Kraywoods Promise
Every Kraywoods product is carefully inspected to meet our highest quality standards before being shipped out to you, our dear customer. If upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products shipped, or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Please click here to initiate a return and your demand will be processed as soon as possible. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
For any order discrepancies or damaged items received, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a brief description of the issue with pictures of the item received. It will be our pleasure to help resolve the issue for you.
Returns are available for online purchases only. All purchases made at pop-up shops are final sale and not subject to our returns policy.
CANADA & US
We offer free shipping on returns and exchanges for Canada and US within 14 days of receipt. For all returns and exchanges claimed after 14 days of receipt, shipping fees will apply and will be deducted from your refund or payable for an exchange.
After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will advise you of the shipping fee if applicable and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your shipping label.
OUTSIDE OF CANADA & US
For all returns and exchanges outside of Canada and US, customers are responsible for return postage costs. Shipping fees will apply and will be deducted from your refund or payable for an exchange.
After you have claimed a return or an exchange and the demand has been processed, we will advise you of the preferred shipping method and the shipping address for your returned package. When using the shipping method of your choice – we recommend you use a service that offers tracking to ensure that we receive the package safely as we are not responsible for lost packages.
When shipping your sunnies to us, package your return in the original shipping box, if available, along with the invoice. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Sunnies must arrive in good condition, with tags and case.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For manufacturing defects, exchanges are available within 12 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for exchanges.
